Adding SS to Signing Central

I know its been addressed a couple of weeks ago (Msg #308476) concerning adding Convenient Settlement Services to Signing Central. Seems the system will still not allow it. I see several posts referencing them so they are obviously contacting members to contract work. Any way to correct the situation so we can help each other share experiences?

I think James misunderstood your question. CCS (aka TRG) is listed, but if the company you are referencing is a different company called Convenient Settlement Services, then I also did not see them listed.

When this happens it is best to put your comments here so that when we do a search for that company we will see your comments!

NotRot will list companies only in the states they claim to work and when they add more states or go nationwide it is a struggle to get them changed so all can see.

AMEN to this. This makes absolutely NO sense to me. NR can't even give a valid reason for this. This hurts us more than it will ever help us.

I will add some good and some questionable on TRG

Did a closing for them in July that did not close. It rescheduled and was literally walking out the door to re-close it and they called to stop the presses. Taylor Bean just went under. That is understandable but I have not been paid for the 1st trip that DNC nor the print for the 2nd (I did not make the trip).

Did another one in Aug for TRG. Everything went great, paid in a very timely manner and paid well. Was very happy.

Did another one just this morning for them and it DNC. Borrower said he has an email at work from them that shows the PMI was taken off, but the docs I had today did not reflect that. We'll see if this one recloses. I also had major major problems getting on their website last night to get the docs. It also took me forever to figure out how to rotate the docs so they print correctly. I tried every number I had and no one was available. I had more time into that than I did with the borrower today. My time, my money. In this pkg (or I should say Not in the pkg) there was not a 1st payment letter with a breakdown of payment. We had to figure it out adding P&I, Ins and Taxes and PMI with a calculator. There was also not in the pkg an Escrow Disclousure Statement on when taxes and Ins are being paid etc etc. These 2 things are very important and I always go over them with the borrower. Needless to say, the borrower wasn't happy and would not sign. I did give him the RTC option. No way. We tried every number the borrower and I both had and no one is available.
So there are my opinions FWIW.
