Amazing PM I got
Check the post I got below from Reliable Settlements, I suspect Final Step. Little do they know that I find it amusing that they had to go through bankruptcy, and feel good I had a small part in making it happen.
This is not a made up post on my part, I really got this. Makes you wonder about how low human beings can stoop to.
From: Reliable Settlements - Scheduling Subject: Final Step - Funny HOW DOES IT FEEL BEING SCREWED AGAIN, ALL THAT HARD WORK FOR $42.00. THAT'S TO BAD. HA HA HA HA

Sorry if I appear unsympathetic as I am not. I was reacting to the outlandish oddness of this whole thing.

Amazing PM I got
Send a full screen copy of that along with the screen that shows your list of email messages received with the senders to the bankruptcy Judge! Might (just might) be interested in how "contrite" the guy is after being Granted the privilege of bankruptcy.

Not a bad idea regarding the bankruptcy judge. I doubt it would accomplish anything, but anything I can do to get the his guy. He is just aggrevated that I sued him and won, even if he isn't man enough to pay his debts.

I completely agree take the time to send this to the bankruptcy judge.

Even better than the bankruptcy judge, send it to the bankruptcy trustee. I have gone through a few cases recetly and found that the trustee seems to have an abundance of power in these cases.

Absolutely!
Do not send anything directly to the judge hearing the case. Send all information to the trustee.

Wonderful!
Even better - send it to the Trustee!

That's awful, and it makes me really angry because it gives such a negative image of those filing for bankruptcy. Right now, people are having to file because their lives have been devastated. Many of them would much rather pay their creditors than not... they simply have no ability to do so and without an order of relief, they'll never see the light of say.
Yet there are bozos like who abuse the system to get out of paying their debts because it's funny to screw people over. That's just sick. The trustee should be made aware if it. If there's evidence of abuse of the system... they have a lot of power and will not hesitate to question it.
It reminds me of a story I read recently about a couple who had filed and were claiming that they qualified for a Chapter 7, based on having no income and few assets, yet they showed up to court in designer clothes. The wife had an Hermes handbag on her arm that was apparently worth well over $3,000! Talk about stupidity. You don't petition the Federal government for help looking like billionaires. Kind of like going to a federal bailout hearing in a private jet.

Thanks everyone for the good advice
I mailed a copy of his PM to the Trustee. Although it cannot be proven he sent the message, if he denies he does its perjury.

It might be possible prove...
Just don't delete it. Depending on the server and database setup at NotRot, they may know exactly who sent the PM. There may very well be an IP address attached to the message. I know there is for all of the message board postings, we just don't necessarily see them.
