Corporation & LLC laws & requirements vary by state. You might check your state's website.

Re: Anyone Have...ummm..Marilynn...think you misread

Kevin's an attorney - I'm sure he knows that - he's not looking for corporate requirements - he's looking for corporate info on the company "The Notary Biz"...

I do apologize. I'm guilty of reading only half the message.

Re: I take that back....

Thank you, John. Do these records disclose the business owners' identities?

Re: I take that back....

Orange county recorder shows Ye Olde Eh LLC dba as Notary Biz registration # 20056026023, you would have to go to their site and register to see the actual record. State of California did not show listing for Ye Olde Eh LLC on their business search portal for corp or llc ownership. Don't know what's up with that.

Re: I take that back....

I believe that the state (CA) does not maintain records for fictitious business name filings. That is handled at the county level. Thus it makes sense that you wouldn't find them on a state search.

Is there a problem with them Kevin?

I have done 8 - 10 for them this year and they always pay within 19 - 52 days according to my records, average being around 32 days. The important word there is always. Are you haveing a problem with them?
