Critical doc fax back

Went to the borrowers office to do a closing. Everything went fine asked the borrower to use his office fax so I cold just drop the package; there was a FedEx box right outside his office. He said sure and thought we had to fax the entire package, I said no just about 30 pages the critical docs. Then he said, “So when did I have to sign a 100 pages if only a few of them are critical?” I just laughed and said I think the banking industry just loves paper work.

Funny story. Of course we know that industry language refers to loans docs, title docs, broker docs, etc. You were obviously faxing the "critical docs" for funding (purchase/no RTC ?).
