Defunct lender

I had a signing that was scheduled for Friday. I then received a call from the ss, saying that the lender had closed up, and the broker would need to find another lender for the client. I have no idea who the lender was, but I'd guess that we're going to hear more of this sort of thing. Too bad for everyone involved.
