Dynamic Field Solutions threating to sue me "LOL"
Just because you file a lawsuit don't make you the winner.

You should do your research a little better and recant your false claims online before we sue. We are accredited and I’ll be more than happy to give you our account rep’s information.
Thank you,

Maybe you should read our confidentiality notice at the bottom of the emails, they mean something… I am forwarding a copy of your posting to our attorney M. Fletcher today to take further action. Not only is it libelous but also a breach of the confidentiality to post private emails online.

I should point out here...and yes Jim, should have before
<G> - I've never worked for DFS thanks to the posts of my fellow notaries - none of the listed complaints are mine and I have no first-hand payment experience with this company.

Linda, are you trying to lull us into thinking you are not
making the infamous second post by changing names on the 2nd one, lol.
I have worked for them and the first time I got paid through PayPal echeck because of the posts I saw here. I then turned them down numerous times for various reasons.
I gave them another chance last week and I expect to receive payment for the closing, but the rudeness of the gentleman I spoke to during the closing makes me wonder if I want to continue business with them. Time will tell.

It sounds like the threat of a lawsuit isn't about non-payment issues. As I read it, tt is about posting a copy of the email, which apparently had a confidentiality statement at the bottom.

They still owe me from 2008!!!!!
They had the nerve to call for a signing >:-( When I told her about the unpaid signing (& that I'd sent faxes, emails, etc w/ no response), she gave me her WORD she'd get "right on it" & "right back to me". For those newbies out there, that's 'Sign-ese' for "you'll never see your money" and "I'm outta here until we slip up & call you again ". Oh, & surprise - I'm STILL waiting for that phone call...NOT!
