How important is it at this time to get ready for these? I have never been asked to do one here in my area, but, got an email from a title company that it is the wave of the future.
But, how much in the future?

If you use the orange search button & search "e-signings" you will find a lot of previous discussions on this. I suited up with a laptop & broadband connection, but haven't gotten a lot of calls. Before you feel pressured to take on the extra expense, read some of the previous discussions. Some are pro & some are con.
