HouseLookers.net

I received an email from them inviting me to join their network. Anyone have the skinny on them ... other than what I already saw in their note? TIA

Hi John, I got the email and signed up, we'll see what comes of it.

I would be very wary

In the super boom years (5? ago) there were several of these types of "pay you for telling us about a lead" companies around.

Rates were super low (though our current horrific economy now has even lower rates), people still had money then, and everyone wanted to be a real estate investor.

Here's the warning part: I NEVER heard of any lead generator being paid.

And I could be wrong. I am wrong lots - especially lately with that swine flu. A turnip had a higher IQ than me the first week. This flu is a real kicker so be careful everyone.

I got a message from them too. I figured the info I gave them isn't anything that isn't already out there on the internet about me as a mobile notary.
Tried to look them up on BBB, but they aren't there.

We'll see what happens.
