Is it Chase?

I have had several loans delayed lately. All JP Morgan Chase loans but thru differnt TC's. So far all have eventually closed. It's always a problem with the HUD or the doc's are just not sent to the TC in time. Anyone elase experiencing this?
One loan took 3 try's

Yes, it is Chase! Happens more times than I can count ...

with different TC's. Along with this, I've had to pass up other assignments because I had already committed to a Chase signing that eventually gets cancelled/rescheduled. Boo!

Yes!!!! I have had at least 6 rescheduled at last minute and then eventually cancelled. All were cancelled by the BO. I am afraid to call and confirm apt. because they have all had some bad things to say about Chase. Only closed 1 Chase loan this month. I was beginning to think it was me! Whew!!!LOL
