LandAmericaOneStop=ERES

Did anyone else recieve this?

We are pleased to announce that Epic Real Estate Solutions, Inc. has finalized the purchase of the assets of LandAmerica OneStop. We look forward to the ability to work with all of our suppliers in the months and years to come to the mutual benefit of all parties.
Thank you for being a member of the vendor panel and we look forward to continuing that relationship. No action is needed on your part to retain your place in the vendor network at Epic Real Estate Solutions, Inc. If you were an approved vendor for LandAmerica OneStop, you are now an approved vendor for Epic Real Estate Solutions, Inc.
As a part of the transfer, there will be an adjustment to the accounting procedures and the payment of the vendor checks. The policy of Epic Real Estate is to issue payment for all accounts payable once a month, during the first week of the second month following the date of completion of the order. Since all of our vendor payments are generated automatically in the operating system, again, no action is needed on your part.
Our acquisition of the company was effective October 1, 2009. So in our accounting payment cycle, if you completed any order during the month of October, be it the first of the month or the thirtieth of the month, payment would be issued to you the first week of December. If an order was completed anytime in the month of November, payment would be issued the first week of January, and so forth.
If you have an outstanding invoice for orders completed in the month of September, those payments will also be made the first week of December. While we realize there is a lag in payment for the September invoices, the change of ownership and associated account reconciliations require us to have this one time delay before the first accounts payable cycle begins in December 2009. We have every intention of paying all valid outstanding September invoices and appreciate your patience while we facilitate this transfer.
Should you have any questions regarding your account, please call 1-888-EPICPGH – and select the prompt for vendors.
We hope this one time change, again solely a function of the change in ownership procedures, does not inconvenience you or your firm. We look forward to working with you in the future and offer best wishes for your continued success.
Sincerely,

Ken Julian

Dear Vendor,
You are receiving this notification as you were a preferred notary for LandAmerica OneStop, a company that was sold and has become Epic Real Estate Solutions, Inc. We here at Epic are committed to developing a core group of quality notaries around the country and would like to re-connect to those vendors whom LandAmerica OneStop had a relationship in the past.

Our fee structure will remain the same with the exception of the electronic document fee (edocs), which will be a standard $15 fee on top of your notary fee.

If you are interested in becoming preferred vendor, please email [e-mail address], so we may update our database with your contact information.

We look forward to working with you in the future.

Sincerely,

Ken Julian

Is this the same people who aquired IREP and NREIS?

Yup. Got e-mail. Don't like $15 edocs... some day I wish they'd understand we don't provide this 'convenience' to them at time & materials cost. Sheesh.

I believe that $15 is for the edocs necessary to print for an e-signing. I still charge considerably more than that for printing a full package for both settlement and borrower.
