Had one like that 5-6 years ago and don't remember the details, but what the people were actually trying to accomplish was get daughter (who is now married and does really have a different name) off title and Mom on....but TC insisted daughter & Mom were just one/same person. All I remember is it was a mess and nobody was very happy with the paperwork.

this is where fingerprinting comes in here in IL

That is for Cook county real estate only. A new form includes a thumb print of the signers when the deed is being transfered from one to another.....haven't had many of those lately...
