Mr. Paul Gambs - msg. 311965 wondered if you're in any way affiliated with Notary Direct, 888-228-7705

5772 Bolse Ave., Ste. 230
Huntington Beach, CA 92649

I'd like to know too if you are affiliated with them. I had a FIRST ever happen - an SS I've never worked with (Notary Direct) leaves a voice message for a loan signing - Call came in at 8:30am, I was just leaving a breakfast meeting. Never had that happen with an SS I've never worked with - I guess there's a first time for everything.

This is absolutely amazing that this company can continue

to do this and get away with it - and worse, STILL find notaries to take their assignments!!

Mindboggling...

What are the chances that Paul Gambs uses the same business model as SOX??? I was 'loyal' to SOX in my early days until I 'woke up' from the low fee alarm. I was momentarily loyal to Paul Gambs until I found a knife in my back.

Oh, Mr. Paul Gambs

He sent me a PM explaining how I should get over the fact that he stabbed me in the back on a signing about three years ago.

I was asked to do a signing in weather so bad the Sheriff issued a Level 2 emergency. Nobody in their right mind would be on the road. Anyone on the road was subject to arrest. He convinced another notary to do the work in that weather. I learned this from the borrower later.

I attempted to reply to Mr. Gambs and tell him politely what a snake he is and he should find another line of honest work. He has blocked me.

I really don't care whether his business continues or not. I DO care that he stiffs other notaries who think he's a fair guy. He sends either rubber checks or empty promises.

I have no vendetta - his PM to me deserves some attention from me and the notaries on this great board.
