Reminder - if you sign on with ANY SS ...

Hold all your title agent contacts close to your heart! The last thing you ever want to hand over to any SS is the name of a healthy title agent ...

Yep...great advice Renee..

If you sign up with an SS - give other SS's as references

If you sign up with a TC - give other TC's as references.

Good point, Renee. I wouldn't supply any of that. IMO it's up to them to supply me with work, not the other way around.

I can see and totally support any vendor looking for some kind of reference - but definitely not wanting to shoot myself in the ledger ...first, they find out what your fee is, then you hand over a client?

Um ...maybe not?!
