You sure they are in Floral City? The addresses I have for them is Coral Gables and Ocala, FL.

Yes PAW I did a reverse lookup the phone number is a private residence located in Floral City, Fl. I closed a loan for her today and can't find anything on this address. The hud has Cosa Mesa, Ca. It's probably a small operation.

South Coast Title in Coral Gables is not a small operation. However, after looking up the name in the Fictitious Names directory, the name is registered to:

Owner Information
MEREDIAN LOAN SERVICES
3080 BRISTOL ST.
COSTA MESA, CA 92626

There is a "real" South Coast Title incorporated in Costa Mesa owned by Meredian Loan Services, so she must be a broker for them.

My friend did a job for her last year and had problems getting paid and when she finally was paid the check was short $100 and she never got paid what she was shorted. Joan basically ignored her email and phone messages.
