Talk about vague instructions....

Immediately after closing fax back: Hud, Title Affidavit, Mortgage(deed of trust), right to cancel, etc.

My husband said to take a piece of paper, write etc on it and put it after the RTC.

usually will be ALL notarized docs.

Not necessarily. I wouldn't assume that.

If you're set up to fax them all without too much heartburn or cost, I'd say go for it. Otherwise, I recommend giving them what they asked for. They'll hopefully learn to be more specific about what they want. Every lender, tc, ss, is different and we're not mind readers. Some company's instructions are exactly opposite others. Keeps our lives interesting, at least!
