The R & R Group

I have not had issues with payment from these guys before but lately it is terrible! I am waiting on payment from a signing in Aug. Please do not waste your time with this group! I just posted them on SS!

Rob called me a couple of weeks ago, and represented that he worked for Title 2 Land in Louisiana, which has very good reviews in Signing Central. I accepted the job but when the confirm came through, it was clear that the job was through a signing service called The R & R Group, LLC.

I contacted Rob by e-mail for clarification. He called immediately and admitted that he is not a TC employee - I gave the job back to him based on his deception of representing that he was a Title2Land employee and also the poor payment reviews in Signing Central.

I wonder if the TC knows he is doing this!

Smart move Copperhead..

I left a comment in SS and called and emailed the TC no reply yet!

When they originally called me they stated they found me on this board!

TC was informed via email - no response, however.

I was just called by Rob from the R&R Group about 20 minutes ago. Then I visited Signing Central and saw the low ratings from everyone. I am going to dump this one now!

Even though I've known for awhile that the R & R out of Indiana is not a good company to work for, I did accept a signing from them in August. I prefer to find out for myself about a company...unless there is overwhelming evidence that they are charlatans (e.g. SOX)

When my invoice was right at 30 days old, they called me for another signing. I expressed my concern about the as-yet unpaid invoice and was assured they pay at 45 days. So, I took the second job...with just a bit of trepidation. 45 days came and went. I had faxed my invoice and W-9 at 31 days. At 47 days, I called and left several messages; no response. I then emailed them. They both responded saying they'd be cutting my check right away. At 55 days, I faxed and then snail-mailed a collection letter giving them until Nov. 9th to pay or I would be taking action. I got a check for both signings on Nov. 7th. Hopefully, it won't bounce.

I won't be doing business with them again. Another signing agent in town waited over 120 days to be paid. I've posted on my local signing agent group about this company. A bad reputation gets around...and pretty soon, no one will accept their signings.
Julie
