When did Flex Closings lost the Fidelity Acct?
I think it's kind of hard to get an experienced signing agent at 82.00 dollars with a bunch of fax backs. I don't have any problem with faxbacks, the only problems is the extra trip you have to make back to your office to fax everything.
I usually sign and drop the package. But in this case is another trip back home and in my case it's a few miles and close to 3/4 of an hour time to do just the driving to the drop box. It's funny when they ask to fax from fed-ex kinkos and then just drop the package. I have never fax anything from fed ex kinkos but I bet they don't do it for free.

Tell them, sure, so long as they reimburse you the FedEx fax costs. I've only done it once or twice, and then only a signed HUD. It was something like $1.50 per page. You'd be amazed how quickly 40 pages of faxbacks gets reduced to 1 or 2.

I did faxing your way, going to the office (a 13 mile trip, each way). Soon realized it was well worth the money to buy a simple and cheap fax machine to use at home. A Brother fax machine cost slightly less that $100. I just attach my home phone line when I'm ready to send. Pages are fed individually. It also does a very great job of scanning, and I use it infrequently for copying in back or white. Also, every once in a while, I get a call, hours after faxing, saying one or two pages did not come through in the fax, so I have to resend those. I'd certainly hate to have to go back to the office to try again.

I agree, for the amount of money you are paid from Flex closings, there is so much more work to be done for such a low pay. We should charge $25 for fax backs!!
