annoying calls

I have had a couple of calls from 404-434-4981 where no one responds when I answer. The VM on that number is a Steve West and it is in the Atlanta area.
Is this a SS? Or some kind of fluke?

The call is probably on an automatic dialer. The reason nobody answers when you say hello, is because nobody has picked up yet at their end.

Telemarketers are now calling homes and getting around Caller ID by having the display read "Cell Phone-GA" instead of "out of Area" or whatever company it is. It's really annoying!
