Not normally. You should call them to check on it. I did have a problem once when my check was not issued because the file was not closed out properly at their end. Just call them and they will help you.

Yes, I have been waiting for 3 months to get payment from United Land in Hauppauge, NY. I get the run around every time I call. They say have you sent an invoice or the person in accounting is not in. How many times do I need to send an invoice. Any Suggestions?????

If this is National Real Estate (NREIS) in Pittsburg, PA, I do tons of work for them and always get paid in a timely fashion.

i have called numerous times. they say there is a hold up on the accounting departments end. this has gone on for several months now. all pay dates, during this affected time, have been behind 3-4 weeks.

Well, this is true. I have a payment due today, 30 days. The check was issued two weeks ago and I was just told that no checks have been mailed from this pay period and the accounting department is not stating when they will be mailed.
I am very unhappy with this new turn of events. I have worked with NREIS for many, many years and am very surprised that I am now looking at a late payment for the first time ever with them. What is more upsetting, actually, is that they are not stating when they will be mailed either.
They used to pay every two weeks or so like clockwork.
I will have to keep an eye on this, but it is apparently happening to everyone right now and there is no explanation being given. :-(

Just wanted everyone to know, that they have taken care of my payment concerns. I have worked with NREIS for many years and they have always paid on time.
I am not sure what happened exactly, but they have overnighted me my check. I should receive just past 30 days.
They will help you if you ask them, so just be in touch and hopefully they will take care of you like they did me. :-)

They told me that my check was to be cut on 11/30/09. I have not recieved anything from them not even a phone call back! This is really pissing me off because Christmas is right around the corner.

Sometimes when we get told the check was cut but we haven't received it, it's either still sitting on someone's desk for signature or being held for some undetermined amount of time before being mailed.
