They're listed in Signing Central and most comments are low pay/slow pay.

I have done a couple of jobs for them. They pay okay but you MUST follow their directions exactly. Send an invoice on the 1st day of the month for the prior month. I am very cautious and only take their jobs if I don't have anything else going on. Then I make a note to myself about the invoice so I won't forget to send it on exactly the right day.

I hate companies that operate that way. Another that does that is American Freedom Assurance. Doesn't make you want to jump up and down to work for them when they call.

I officially will NOT work for Profiency anymore and here is why. I took a last minute closing for them last night. I called 2 hours before closing because I did not have docs. They said they were checking and when closing time arrived with no docs I called again. They are very unorganized over there but bottom line is docs weren't ready and they did not know when they would be. Borrower would not wait and we rescheduled for today. I have done this for them now twice and WILL NOT do it again. I turned down a job from a good company yesterday thinking I had this job.
They will pay in my experience but only if you send the invoice on the 1st of the next month. Otherwise you will have trouble getting paid on time for some reason.
