They're tied into Village Home Mortgages. Great to work with & no payment problems.

I did one for Precision Settlement in Mt. Laurel, NJ, at the end of Dec 2009. Received payment exactly 30 days later, but check was from Precision Settlement in Bristol, PA. No payment issues.
