since I was burned out of my house I have no calendar so what day is EOM?

As a matter of fact, there was nothing wrong

with Julie's post - there's a tab up top - right side - "Library" - there are rescission calendars there.

The 24th

25th = day 1
26th = holiday
27th = day 2
28th = day 3
29th = Sunday
30th = Day of Funding
