Try calling the title company that you worked for. They are really the only ones who have any leverage. I did the same thing and just received my check today. My signing was in Feb 09 and I called the title company last week telling them (in a very nice, nice tone), that their notary was not paying.....that I performed the signing in good faith and ask them to work on your behalf...at least communicate to the SS. The title company apparently communicated with the SS because I received an email from them indicating they would pay. If I would have done nothing and continued to wait without calling title, I would still be without my check. Good luck and feel free to call for me details. Another notary was complaining about the same situation last week with this SS.....call title.

Thee is an A to Z listing right here on Notary Rotary. See the button at the top that says Signing Central? Click on it, then on Signing Service Listing and you can see comments, ratings and the A-Z listings.
Be sure to rate companies you have worked with. Please don't give max. stars just because they pay on time - they are supposed to pay on time. Same for personality - they are all nice while they are asking you to do their work; it is when you are trying to collect they become snakes in the grass. Also, see the Link button below the postings? If you are talking of ABC Company, you can link them to their profile and if everyone does this each time they post about ABC, then all posts will be linked which gives a good idea of what ABC is doing at a particular time as when one looks for ABC all posts about ABC come up together.
I encourage you to learn your way around our (collectively, it is ours) site - it truly is a wonderful place to be. Sometimes it can be difficult, but everyone will be happy to get you going to your benefit, which only profits us all anyway.
And, don't forget the orange Search button. If it has been talked about here, you can search for it. Need a printer? search Printer and a wealth of info will pop up for you. Good luck, have fun.
