Is AMC a signing company or a Morgage company because if they were a signing company and paid you that quick then it doesn't add up. I amn pretty sure that it is American Mortgage Closing company. What is their actual name? If it is the mortgage company then you will get paid on schedule.

"signing company and paid you that quick then it doesn't add up."
Why??? Not all signing services wait 30-45 days to pay.

Sylvia, is absolutely correct, and she would know.
Some SS's (all should be this way IMO) have the capital to pay the agents quickly and once the file is received and QC'd by the TC they pay.
Small percentage of SS's are that way, but there are good and bad in everything and everyone. Not all companies or people are created equally, yada, yada. So DO NOT judge, just because it is a SS.

Re: AMC Settlement Serivces pays quickly
AMC Settlement Services and AMC Signing could be two different companies in two different states - or the same state. The first poster needs to clarify this.

Re: AMC Settlement Serivces pays quickly
...and you know it. It is impossible to get paid withing 5 days if you are doing a mobile closing. It takes the 3 day recession period for the borrrower to get paid, even still the check in the mail or not, it has to have been a title company that paid. A signing company gets paid within the 5 days after the recession period, they then deposit their check and then cut your check, so it they are together as you stated, then it don't add up. 7-10 days at the most.
Are you a Signing Company patting yourself on the back? Being truthful is what' needed here.
