has anyone ever signed with A Quality Notary Signing - Debbie Via called me this morning, but I am not seeing this company on our list. She said they have 2 offices in Florida. Please advise if any info is known about this company. Tia

I wasn’t asked, but IMO…. except in rare cases, and Attorney States today most Title Companies limit the amount they will pay for a remote witness closing regardless of what the borrower is charged. I don’t presume to speak for anyone, but my guess why any SS would offer low-ball fees is: 1) They can (Thanks NNA) 2) The less they pay the more they keep. Who was it that said “Greed is good”…Michael Douglas?
