A few points for our side

I had a borrower again tonight who was very impressed with the "at home" signing experience.
He was amazed how quickly & efficiently we got through the process (a VA streamline refi).
I've had a no. of borrowers this week that seemed very happy with how the signing was handled.
One gal, in particular, didn't have a very good experience with her LO. She wasn't sure what the heck the paperwork would say. I can tell you she walked away very happy that everything was crystal clear at the signing. This is a tough business & we all need to hear that our services are valued by the clients we serve. I had a signing tonight and they told me that it was great that we did "at home" signings.
They were amazed how quick and easy we got through the paperwork.
I've had a lot of borrowers that were very happy with this process.
I feel great when I walk away from a signing that everything was crystal clear and it went great.
