Anyone have experience with TitleCo?

Unless I missed it - I did a search and can't find anything. They are asking me to do a signing for them tomorrow at 3:00 which is at least an hour's drive away/about 50 miles - two counties over and at the edge of the next. Yes I negotiated a fee but that won't do me any good if I don't ever receive it! Anyone have experience with them?
