Beware 24-7 NNN

I now have an invoice that is at 90 days & I get excuses & more excuses. I have tried working with them, but payment gets worse & worse. I won't work for them again.

Funny, although I haven't personally done signings since 2006 I got a call from them about a month ago. Guess they must have called every other signing agent in this area.

Just got paid on 2 signings I did in June. Still have 3 from July. Tracy said she won't call me until I'm paid up. Hopefully she will stick to her word.

huh? What do you mean Tracy won't call you until you are paid up? Would you really want to work for them again?

That's about how she plays the game. She has to be the one who is in control.
Too bad she doesn't control her end of the bargain!

Well, I gave her a chance to pay up all the signings and hasn't. I know they are having it tough like everyone but after they are paid up I doubt I will work for them. I shouldn't have to brow beat the signing companies to get paid. I have better things to do. If they are paying 90 days on a regular basis then they are having money problems anyway. That should be the red flag.

"I know they are having it tough like everyone but after they are paid up I doubt I will work for them."

It's now October and you're just collecting for June and July and you only DOUBT that you'll work for them again? Jeez, what exactly does it take for you to kiss off a company for good?

And don't feel sorry for them because they're having it tough like everybody else. The fact is, they got paid from the TC months ago and instead of giving you your share of the money and using their share to run their business, they're using your share to run their business and using their share to make sure that they all get paid on their end. It's not like they have to earn what they already owe you, they got it long ago and just chose not to give it to you. They'd rather let us struggle with our bills than struggle with their own.

I would tell them "I won't work for you again and pay up what is owed"!

Some companies call an unsuspecting notary quite a few times in a row..and then never pay. By the time you catch on they got you!

Worked for them for 4 months non-stop...now 120 plus days past due in payment; had to file small claims suit set for Nov. 17.
I've worked with so many other companies and the most I've waited for payment is 30 days!!
I will NEVER work for a company like this EVER again!!!
