Yes, it has definitely picked up here in VA. I took a few days off the beginning of the month (usually slowest time) and I turned away at least 6 signings.

I pray its better in other parts of the country because here in South Louisiana it is sloooow. Well at least for me. Maybe others in the area are doing better.

It has been slow for me here but this morning while at an appointment I received two calls for closings next week. So it appears to be picking up. We will see how month end actually pans out.
