Got an email ref a closing in my area. No info on search or SC. Anyone worked for
them? They appaer to be located in MD in Metro Washington area.

E-mail blast to get NSA or any Notary, for that matter, in the area to bid against each other to get a low ball fee.
Toget your information for ID thift or your "Notary name" to use for thier improper purposes.
Any e-mail from an unknow is deleted.

Be careful.. when you call their phone # you get forwarded to a 202 area code.. And all you get is a ans. mech....
