Dynamic Field Solutions in Ladera Ranch, CA

After accepting an assignment in June, I checked them using your Search feature and learned that they had a spotty record of paying their notaries. I usually give companies the benefit of the doubt the first time around, but after 3 months, Dynamic Field Solutions still has not paid on a very modest invoice. They are not responding to phone calls or emails either. Just wanted people to know not much has changed.

If I see more then 3 or more bad comments I will not work for the compay. If I see 1 I will take a chance.

Dynamic Field Solutions is the very lowest life in the sewer. They lie, they don't pay and they will not respond to inquiries. They deserve no chances and need to be put out of business.

I did a signing for them back in may 2009 and as of today they still have not paid me .They will not answer calls. They should be prosecuted by the Attorney General.

Problem is, most notaries do not follow through with

everything they need to do in order to get paid. I never quit until I get paid. Ever.

There have been a few times where I've collected names and e-mails of a group of notaries that haven't been paid by the same company I'm trying to collect from at that moment. I create an e-mail list so we can communicate with one another and share collection techniques. I always eventually get paid because of my collection efforts, but others don't because they simply don't make the same efforts.

For me, it doesn't matter what the amount of money is - it's the principal of the thing. If Dynamic owned me money, I would be relentlessly contacting the various CA entities and pursuing the fraud angle since Dynamic has stiffed SO MANY notaries, most from out of state.

However, the best remedy seems to be to check out every company here on NotRot and decline the job if the company has a poor payment rep. I don't "give chances" as so many have done and later regretted. Someone else posted their rule of thumb, where if they see three or more negative payment comments, then it's an automatic no. I've turned jobs back to companies when I've accepted but then found out that they don't pay. I research the company right away and turn it back right away if necessary.

I rarely have significant collection issues because I don't accept work from any companies that have a poor payment rep here on NotRot. The times I get stuck are when it's a new company and there have not been any reports (positive or negative) posted yet. The last one it happened with was Spectra Signing Services. I did a job for them in early March 2009, but reports did not start coming in until April 2009. I eventually got my money but others didn't because they just didn't try hard enough.

That sucks you won't get paid, but honestly, you do kind of deserve it if you took a job from such an unreputable company. As long as notaries keep doing jobs for free to support these guys, the longer they will be in business screwing people, taking work away from the companies that pay and do a good job.

Still the one...goes the song. This company is a scam outfit if ever I worked for one. Now they have a big kid website and it's a Ms. Martin doing the asking. My partner just got a request from them and i was asked if I knew anything about them. All I know is that they still owe me $200.00 rfom work two years ago and the "instant pay" is a sham. The link doesn't even work. This guy, martin, has answered the phone twice back in 2008 but now he shifted the weight to the lady. he was "checking" with accounting last I heard but I'm still out the money and the time. This outfit is bad news!!!

Rec'd an email from this company yesterday to see if I could handle a signing for them today. It was a busy day for me and responded yes before checking into this company. I even contacted the borrower (which happened to be a friend of mine) to confirm the signing. Then, late last night I decided to check into the company. I was very curious because they never contacted me via phone nor did they send me any company info as I requested. As a matter of fact, their email didn't even mention a name, just "scheduling department". Based on all your comments, I sent back an email letting them know that I could not take the assignment because of the "pay rating". I asked my friend who the lender was and for her to advise them that this company is not paying the Notaries...she did! Sorry for all those who got burned..but if it weren't for forums such as these, so many more of us would be in the frying pan too.

I know I have read a lot of negative comments about this company however, I have done two signings for them and have been paid for both. They paid as stated in thier confirmation and agreed to my fee.

Considering the many very recent posts of them not answering the phones and not paying, (both here and elsewhere) if I were you ZRowe I'd consider myself a very lucky person and be very leary of taking any further assignments from them.

At 60 days past, I sent an email to them stating if I did not receive payment within 2 weeks I would notify the title company insuring the loan that their choice of signing service was not paying their notary.

I received an email the same week that nonpayment was a complete oversite and the payment would be mailed that week.....it was ......and I received it.

I must say, in my email regarding payment I disclosed that I am an Escrow Officer with a title company and if I had hired them and they were not paying the Notary Public, I would want that NP to notify me.

Let the TC know if you are not receiving payment from the SS .....each time.....over and over....week after week....get the picture...?

Re: Dynamic Field Solutions

I was just contacted by these cockroaches. I check NotaryRotary site for reviews and I declined offer unless they could explain the negative review. Thank-you guys for helping me to remain "SuckerFree" Then I notice on the email they are stating "BBB Accrdredited Business" so I checked BBB website not surprising there not on their so I called BBB stayed on hold for 11 minutes and had them check.....not surprising there not :BBB accredredited" The BBB wanted the email to send a cease and desist letter. Which I emailed before I hung up the phone. That is the very least I could do to thank all the other that took that lost of income and warned me.
