Exclusive Signings - blocked number - any info?
I got a call yesterday from a blocked number. The girl identified herself as calling from Exclusive Signings. She wanted to know if I was available for a loan mod the next day. I began asking her the usual questions, such as is it an actual loan mod or a loan mod application? She didn't know, but was pretty sure it was an actual mod. She said there are no notarizations. (Every real loan mod I've done has required at least one notarization)
Hmm, then I asked if there was any money I would have to collect from the borrowers. She said no. She had no idea how many pages this "loan mod" was. In fact, she sounded like she didn't know anything at all about the assignment. I wish I'd asked her what company the "loan mod" was for. I declined the job but afterward tried looking them up here and there is absolutely no information about Exclusive Signings.
I did a Google search and found a possible match for the Los Angeles area, but since the phone number was blocked, I have no idea if that's accurate. Just wondering for future reference if anyone else has any experience with this company?
