Express Signatures out of El Segundo, CA

Hello,

Has any had any recent experience working with Express Signatures out of El Segundo, CA lately? I received a call today from Carol today, since Gary and Chris weren't in. I checked Signing Central and there was only 1 recent comment about them. I'm curious to see if anyone has worked with them recently and would like to know how soon they paid, etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

I've done five signing for them since 9/25. 9/25, 9/25, 9/30. 10/3 and 10/5. Got paid for the first three yesterday..never had a problem, always easy to work with and contact...they will be very up front with you if anything is happening..they alternate so they don't miss a beat. Carol is very nice to work with also.

I work regularly doing signings for Gary. Chris is his sister and used to schedule for him, but has gone back to work in the corporate world. He pays well and regularly. I have never had a problem with express signatures and have done signings for them for years.

They called me for a signing today. I checked my records and saw from my notes that I had to keep calling them for payment on TWO different signings I did for them in 2009.

I informed "Colleen" of my concern and that I would still do the signing but they would have to pay in advance (which other companies have done if there was any concern). I don't have time to chase down my money.

In any case, Colleen sent me a reply email and said they'd find someone else and she'd "let Gary know when he gets back that you are not interested in working for him anymore without a paypal payment first" -- which is not what I said. I simply told her I wanted it on this signing because of the past late payments.

I don't have time to deal with companies where I have to keep calling to follow up to see when I will get paid. I simply don't have the time.
