yet? This is a Wells Fargo loan mod. I agreed to accept it. They offered $35 and I charged them $75, which they agreed to accept. Docs are overnighted.

7 pages X 3. They send you 3 sets of 7 pages. You notarize the Loan Mod Agreement and the Compliance Agrmt. in each set. The folks sign in 3 places on each set. 1 set left with the borrowers. SWEET!

the one i saw was no notarizations - just a check list of sorts and places for them to sign so the company could check the client's credit looked like beginining loan paperwork.
