Federated Appraisal & Closing Service LP Pittsburgh PA

Has anyone dealt with this company? They are also known as FACS Title with an address of 1301 Grandview Ave, Pgh--Phone # 412-481-1000. I've tried to apply with them several times as they use notaries from 50-75 miles away for mortgages in my area, but I get voice mail when I call and my calls aren't returned and they delete my emails without reading them. Honest, my phone messages aren't whiny or lengthy-- I've called about once a month for the past 5 months. I've finally accepted their rejection but am just curious about other NR members experience with them.
