Fidelity National Legal Services - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

I did 2 jobs for Fidelity National Legal Services in Rancho Cucamonga, CA back in early Sept. I got a wierd vibe while attempting to set appointment times with the next few jobs they sent me. After checking them out with the California BBB, I declined future assignments. Glad I did! They don't answer their phones and I'm thinking that I won't get paid. Avoid this company!

Do you Google every single company before you accept work from on the chance that it's the "needle in the haystack" that you'll have a problem with? I doubt it.

I don't google each and every company, but I do

check each and every company on Signing Central and messages here. If they aren't rated well, or the recent comments are negative, I turn it back. I don't have any money to waste these days, and paper, toner, gas, etc., is money down the drain if I don't get paid. I don't spend time chasing my money - I only want to have agreements that are upheld, gentlemanly like. A verbal shaking of the hands, if you will.

No need to get your feathers ruffled, Michael....

No I don't google every company before I accept work - like Julie I check them out here....if I don't find anything here, I quickly check a couple other sites I frequent and that I trust - all this takes MAYBE 10 minutes...if I don't find anything I google...if no results NOW I start sweating..

But I will tell you - this is THE single most reliable site for company feedback that I've found. This is my first go-to site for information.

This company has been discussed so much in the past year or so, both here and elsewhere, that it really amazes me that people are still taking assignments from them. Not to mention the public media attention these companies have gotten. I'm sorry, but I was sincere when I said it's a shame you didn't check here first...or google..
