Final Link

I did a closing for Final Link in Aug. Bad mistake. I still haven't been paid. I didn't check with Signing Central until afterwards, then I saw the bad reviews. Never again.

You are not alone. Some day they will run out of notaries that are willing to wait and wait and wait for pay.

They owe me over $400

I'm glad they don't owe me that much. I was thinking about contacting other notaries in my area and telling them about this website. New notaries especially may not know that they can check up on companies. It would help put the crooks out of business faster if all the notaries know about them. Like you said they could run out of notaries.

Did you send your invoice by the 1st of the month? I've done closings for Mazen for over 2 years now & have never had a problem getting paid. Various signing services AND title companies require invoices either after every closing or at the end of the month. This has been a requirement since we've been in the business over 6.5 yrs. There are signing svcs & title companies that automatically pay once the loan funds, but not everyone! If you don't want to get paid & get paid boner fees, just do closings for SOX or the new variation of Notary on the Run!! If a person sends their invoice on time, they'll get paid on time!!! This is true for any company!! Besides, they're not responsible if the US Post Office can't deliver mail or lose it!!!
