Finger Printing

How do you go about doing Finger Printing? When would you need to do that?.

Fingerprinting is a specialty. Do you mean thumbprinting? First you need to read your state handbook to see if it's required and if so, under what circumstances. If it's not required, some do and some don't. You can order a thumbprinter from this site.

Some notaries offer fingerprinting done with ink cards. You should become proficient at it before you market yourself as a fingerprinter.

Mostly fingerprinting is done via live scan these days in CA.
