Help with wording on California Acknowledgement.
Need to send a legal document to Anaheim, CA to be notarized. Need help with the correct verbiage for acknowledgment. I googled and found PDF's, but I would like to copy and paste. TIA to west coast notaries. From your notary friend in the northeast.

We have "free" fillable or non fillable Ack forms, on the website I teach for.
Just click on my profile link and you can find the link for the free CA Ack forms.
Email me and I will give you the password for the free fillable forms. [e-mail address]
The CA Sec of State Ack forms do not include an "Optional part at the bottom that many CA notaries like to complete."
