Info about my signing service.
Due to the amount of e-mails I have received within the last hour, members of NotaryRotary wanting to sign up with me after my post in a previous thread, I feel I must post about my signing service.
I am a Florida only signing service. I am not nationwide. I have no desire to go nationwide. As my mother always told me "you cut your coat according to your cloth" meaning not to bite off more than I can chew
I am very happy operating only in Florida. If I do get a call for a notary outside of Florida I refer the title company directly to a notary from NotRot.
I do appreciate the kind comments.

So why is this not advertising? When I post about my company, Spinnaker Closings, Inc. being a Michigan only company looking for experienced closers who would like to be paid in 3 -5 days I am bumped off and scolded. Just wondering what the difference is?

The difference is that you were soliciting, while Sylvia was responding to multiple PM's, advising that she is NOT a nationwide agency.
She's not soliciting anyone or anything.

I am in no way advertising my signing service. I am not looking for any closers, I have no problem hiring notaries to do signings. I posted my info to stop members from e-mailing me and PM'ing me to sign up with me.
When I am looking for a signing agent, I use the Find a Notary option, I like to see the profile of someone I am considering using. In the 6 years I have had my SS I have never once advertised for signing agents on any of the forums.
