Is PA a witness state? I found conflicting info
I have a signing for someone that is refinancing her home in PA, but will be signing in CT while traveling here for business.
Thansk for your help on this!

Re: Good, thanks!
Always best when in doubt to check with who hired you. It is they who will pay you or not if they wnated a witness.
Just my opinion.

PAW has lists available on his website. You might want to make note of it as a valuable resource. www.pawnotary.com

Like Jim said, even tho' PA is not a witness state, lender's instructions may require them.

Thanks all, I did contact the ss, no witness requirement
and briefly checked out PAW's website. I added to my favorites, looks like lots of good info there!
Thanks!
