Is PA a witness state? I found conflicting info

I have a signing for someone that is refinancing her home in PA, but will be signing in CT while traveling here for business.

Always best when in doubt to check with who hired you. It is they who will pay you or not if they wnated a witness.

Just my opinion.

Like Jim said, even tho' PA is not a witness state, lender's instructions may require them.

Thanks all, I did contact the ss, no witness requirement
