Sorry about prior duplicates - quick draw.
SC has mostly positive remarks. However, last posting on 10/8 is confusing. Can someone enlighten?
TIA!!

Gads I just did a job for them, I'm so tired of chasing $$. Are they a problem?

Don't know if they're a problem. Just scheduled one for next week. SC has mostly good reviews for them except for the most recent, which I don't know what it means?!??!?!?!!

I dealt with Dominic and he said they pay as soon as loan funds and if loan does not fund, there is partial payment. Is your understanding also, Ilene?

I just looked up my records I've worked for them before so here's the scoop job completed 5/26 paid 6/8 and job completed 9/1 paid 9/13 Unless somethings changed I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Yoli, I just looked in signing central one bad comment vs several good ones, maybe there was a problem with closer?

Click on the envelope
If you haven't already done so, just click on the envelope next to their state (CA) and you can send the Notary a question directly. You might ask them to update their comment to make it more clear what they are saying - their new comment will replace the old one I think.

I did one for them 8/18 and was paid on 8/24. Great company and easy to work with!
