Nations Signature Closers/Nations Lending Svce

I had a signing for them last night that I confirmed 2 days before. A day before I called the borrower to remind them of what I needed.
1) a check from them
2) a witness
3) copies of id

When I got there at 8:30pm
1) no check, they didn't have time to get one from the bank
2) no witness, they couldn't find anyone
3) yes, they made copies of their id's, at least

What to do? I called Nations and they emailed the borrower a FEDEX label so they can send a check to them today. I let them know that I could have a witness come over and they offered to compensate the witness for their time.

They did a nice job of helping to get this resolved!

when they don't have their check ...

just remember, funds can be wired and done promptly, will beat the pkg back.

*I have to add, account info can change so NEVER hang on to wiring instructions, ALWAYS obtain a new copy or let T/C handle it.
