New name for 21st. Century? Noah Savings??
Just received call for a loan mod from Noah Savings 949-281-0973. this is the info that came up on my caller ID. Listen to spiel about needing notary for loan mod today in Troy VA., asked about collecting funds upfront from their clients, no, we allow them to place a charge on their accounts..........proceeded to tell them that it was illegal in Va. to charge upfront fees for a promise of a loan modifcation.....oh, okay......so is this a new name for 21st? Did a check on this site for the number and it does not come up.

Here's a shocker for you.... received a call from I believe Nations Direct to do a loan mod in Troy VA. tonite. Laughingly I told her I had just had the same call from Matt at Noah Savings and had relayed to him the fact that loan mods with upfront fees are illegal in Va. Yep, it's the same one he had called about earlier according to her. She was ticked off saying they always try to get their own notary first then when they can't, they call them. I did refer her to the web site Modfraud.com so she check the laws by state. A little education never hurts......

So after you told them it was illegal, etc. they called my husband at about 6 pm and tried to get him to go there. Said it was only 13 miles from our house when in fact it was 76 miles away. And that they needed it done at 6:30 pm.

Sandra they called me too but it was Notaries 247 in troy, va around 7:30 or 8:00 pm tonight but I told them I could not do it.

Well I made the mistake in taking one for this company 2 months ago and I've been chasing them for payment so to everyone out there Noah Savings does not pay the notaries.Now i know what to say to these companies that call me for mods,THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU
