OT!Foster Care Parenting

Besides becoming very busy doing loan signings for local title and escrow, I recently became involved in Foster Care Parenting Education in Santa Barbara/SLO counties. I am conducting live scan fingerprinting for prospective foster care parents every Saturday. They are usually groups of 20-40. It's a nice gig, great clients and the staff running the program are wonderful.

Folks there are more kids out there than there are homes for. If you think that you might be interested in becoming a foster parent and need to know where to start contact me. I'm doing the orientation in January 2010.

My wife and I were foster parents in Illinois for 16 years and had a total of 17 foster children who stayed from 2 months to 4 years. If you have any questions about foster parenting, you can ask us by any means you wish.
