Hello John..It's a refin with a subordination, I awaiting the package so I have no additional info..I just thought I'd check early ...just in-case it was a "provident loan" LOL. Yesterday I got a call and when I asked it if were a"provident.." they said, "never mind, we'll get someone else". Yahoo!

Why would they do that? Do you charge extra for Provident?
