Problem to print, please help...

I am trying to print a pdf file, but the only thing is printing is" PCL XL error ....KERNEL". I have an HP 3015. Thank you for your help!

Can you print any other files? Sometimes just shutting the printer down and restarting it will help.

We get the "kernel error" at work sometimes. In the print pop-up window, click on "properties" and then "OK" (without changing any properties) and it should work then. You may have to do this every time you get the error since I don't know what the source issue is.

Yes, I printed 3 more attachments without a problem. This is the 3rd time happened to me and I have to called Title to re-scan and send them again and they printed fine. Title just did that and I just printed fine. Thank you for input. I just wanted to know if it is only me or others are having the same problem and how it was solved. I just update Adobe....I do not know. But, I appreciate your time to answer me.
