Professional Closings - 619 area code
Anyone ever hear of or work for these guys? He called me to do a reverse mortgage with edocs for $100. Told him that was too low and if he can't find someone to do it for that price he'd call me back. I think the name was Professional Closings.

MortgageDocs.com even pays me more than that for RMs. My base fee for signing with e-docs for RMs is $150

Just today I was asked to do RM for $125 and I said no. My fee for service is set. I won't have my fee talked down.

Had similar request from them yesterday, only the offer was $90. Sent back info that my fee was also $150. for rm. Guess someone is taking them for that but not me..........cheap notaries abound I guess

Had done a signing for these guys and they called about another Reverse Mort App. I checked my log and the last signing took 60 days to get paid. They want me to print aprox 400 pages for $125. Not worth the aggrevation
