Really ticked at XYZ company!!

I got home from a very hectic day today full of late docs and what do I get in the mail? A green slip from the XYZ company telling me that my E&O insurance order can not be filled until they have a fax of my commission.
I call them up and say what the he** is going on. Why do they call me with useless and unwanted solicitation but when they need to tell me something important they mail it to me.
Of course I get mam please don't cuss at me. Ok I'm sorry shouldn't have said he**. But why didn't you call me? I am sorry she says we are not in the habit of calling notaries about E&O problems we just send them a letter.
Sure that makes sense I said to her. Why would you call me when you need some more information for something as important as E&O insurance.

It's not bad enough that I had to use them for E&O insurance according to the title company that I do a lot of business with. I tried to explain to them that I had other E&O insurance that hadn't expired (bought here by the way).
No not good enough they keep track of us by the XYZ website.
Ok. I bought it and now I am waiting for my E&O insurance to come before it expires on the 6th of November.
I thought by buying it on the 15th of October I would have plenty of time. But now I am told by the XYZ company that it will take 24 to 48 hours once they get it off of the fax machine to finish my order.
I wonder if I will get it in time?
OK thanks for letting me vent... happy end of the month (a week early)

BULL!!

I'm so sorry you let them bully you into this...

Curious who this title company is so I know to steer clear - then again, since I'm not on that website I'll probably never hear from them.

They've lost a lot of business. I'm not renewing my membership, purchased E&O through NotaryRotary last year, as well as my supplies. XYX is NOT getting any more of my money.
