Signing Loan Docs

What are standard fees for signing loan documents?

No such thing as standard fees, price fixing is illegal.

Fees vary from $40.00 to $500.00.
You need to set your fee for what you are doing including overhead and make sure you include some profit.

Variables include transportation, gas, insurance etc... Printing costs if printing docs. Notary costs, bond, E&O ins., liability ins. etc... and much more.

Lots of things to consider, but if you use the orange search button you will find heaps of info.

Good luck

Too many variables for there to be a "standard fee"--region, amount of travel (rural or metro), etc.
When I was starting out I set a minimum fee of $100 & haven't regretted that decision. Please don't accept the lowball fees offered by some companies ($40-$60). That hurts everyone in the industry trying to make a living at this.
